Q: When will my item(s) be shipped?
  • A: We usually ship products 2-3 business days after we have received payment. We hope customers understand that we process hundred's of orders daily. So we work as hard as we can to process orders at a reasonable time to satisfy our clients! 
Q: How can I track my order?
  • A: We provide tracking details at the menu bar at the bottom of the page. Which is shown track my order. Just input your Tracking number you received at checkout, and will be also emailed to you. Or you can contact friendly support at support@saddleup.com
Q: Does my product(s) has free shipping?
  • A: Free shipping on all products, Unless you are doing a promotion that simply says pay for shipping only. Which is our pay for shipping promotion.
Q: When will i receive my product(s)?
  • A: All product(s) will be shipped 2-4 Days  after payments are received. So therefore customers should receive their product(s) international 15-30 business days from the date of received Payment. Customers in United States should receive their product(s) 7-14 business days. Shipping time maybe delay do to the following, (Shipping Provider, Location Of Shipment, Payment Not Received, Unable To Process Transaction).By any other means all orders will be received prior to tracking information. 
Q: If I don't see my question that i have to ask here what is the best way to contact the company?
